Polyquaternium-11 Usage
— Used as a modifier in long-acting curling liquids, shampoos, and cleaning products;

Polyquaternium-11 Description
This series of products is a cationic copolymer. It can form a transparent, non-tacky, flexible continuous film; it has an affinity for the hair, making the hair easier to comb and shiny. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants and is non-irritating to the eyes and skin.
