Naphthol AS Usage
Naphthol AS is mainly used as a primer for cotton dyeing, but also as a primer for the dyeing of vinylon, viscose fiber, silk, diacetate fiber and cotton printing.
It is often used in combination with a large red base G to dye a large red; in combination with a jujube base GBC to dye a purple sauce; in combination with an orange base GC to dye a yellowish orange; with a blue salt VB to dye blue, etc., is the most important color phenol one.
Naphthol AS is also used to manufacture fast pigments, fast amines, fast sulfonins and organic pigments.
