Cyanoethylated Polyamine Usage
Tetraethylene pentaamine acrylonitrile glycidol is a special nitroamine binder.
The hydroxyl group in the molecular structure of the polynitrile hydroxylamine polymer can enter the cross-linking network through the chemical bond with the butadiene gum, and multiple nitrile groups in the molecular structure can generate strong physical adsorption particles with the surface of the nitramine oxidant.
Tetraethylene pentaamine acrylonitrile glycidol is used as a binding agent for nitroamine or nitroamine modified butyl hydroxy solid propellant, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the propellant.
Tetraethylene pentaamine acrylonitrile glycidol can also be used in combination with other adhesives to bond butyl hydroxy/ammonium perchlorate composite solid propellant.
