6-ThioguanineTypical Usage
1. It can make the white blood cells appear obvious transient hyperplasia. Clinically, it is used for the treatment of leukopenia and nonspecific thrombocytopenia caused by various radioactivity or drugs. It is also used for acute and chronic hepatitis. Adverse reactions were dizziness, palpitation, vomiting, chest tightness and nausea.
2. Dirty cancer drugs. It can alleviate acute leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia. Large dosage is effective for choriocarcinoma.
3. Protein kinase activator. As a derivative of adenosine cyclophosphate, it has the same function and use as adenosine cyclophosphate. It can also be used for myocarditis, cardiogenic shock and post-operative subomental hemorrhage. When the dosage is large, there are drowsiness, dizziness, blindness, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and so on.
