What is ammonium alginate?
Ammonium alginate is a chemical substance with the molecular formula C6H7O6NH4. Alginic acid, also known as alginate or alginate, is an anionic polysaccharide widely distributed in the cell wall of brown algae, which forms a viscous gum by combining with water. Its Chemicalbook is also a significant component of the biofilm produced by bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is a major pathogen in cystic fibrosis, giving it high resistance to antibiotics and killing macrophages. Its color range is white to yellowish brown. It is sold in silk, granular or powder form.
Ammonium Alginate Usage
1.It is a brown algae of a widely distributed cell wall in an anionic polysaccharide in which a viscous gel is formed by combining it with water.
2.It is also a pseudomonas aeruginosa produced by bacteria.
3.It can be cystic fibrosis in the main pathogen and give the main pathogen high resistance antibiotics and macrophagocyte.
4.It is used as a base gum, thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier.
