Sorbitol Chemical properties
White odorless crystalline powder with sweet taste and hygroscopicity. It is soluble in water (235g/100g water, 25℃), glycerin, propylene glycol, and slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol, acetic acid, phenol and acetamide solutions. Almost insoluble in most other organic solvents.
Sorbitol Uses
