Speedcure MBB Usage
1. Speedcure MBB is a virtually odourless photoinitiator which, when used with tertiary amine synergists, initiates the rapid polymerisation of suitable resin formulations. Suggested levels of use are 0.5 – 5% w/w Speedcure MBB together with 2 – 5% w/w amine synergist (quantities vary depending on individual formulations and applications).
2. Printing inks; Decorative coatings for metal cans and food; cartons; Clear over print varnishes; Food packaging; Wood varnishes (particularly for indoor uses).
3. Extremely low volatility; Absorbs short wavelength UV light; Does not contribute to photo yellowing.
4. Virtually odourless initiator ideal for food packagingprinting inks; Ideal photoinitiator to promote rapid surface cure.
