L-Theanine Chemical nature
White crystalline powder. Odorless, with a slightly sweet special taste, with a taste threshold of 0.15%. The decomposition temperature is 214～215℃. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether. Natural products are mostly found in premium green tea (up to 2.2%).
