It is non-irritating at a concentration of ≤ 0.1% and is a new anti-dandruff&anti-itching agent.
China’s Cosmetic Hygiene Answering Regulations and the EU Cosmetics Regulations stipulate that IPBC is the preservative in cosmetic components.
