Di-tert-butyl peroxide Usage
1. DTBP (Initiator A) is one of the most stable and commonly used varieties of organic peroxide initiators. As a cross-linking agent, it can be used in silicone rubber, synthetic rubber and natural rubber, polyethylene, EVA and EPT. As a polymerization initiator, it can be used for polystyrene and polyethylene. It can also be used as bleaching agent for oils and fats, additives for diesel and lubricating oil, and pour point depressant for transformer.
This product is used as a crosslinking agent for unsaturated polyester and silicone rubber, and as a polymerization initiator.
