Chlorodiphenylphosphine Usage
1. Chlorodiphenylphosphine is an important intermediate for the preparation of organophosphorus flame retardants, organophosphorus pesticides, antioxidants, plasticizers, stabilizers, insecticides, catalysts and high-pressure lubricants and paint forming agents .
2. Chlorodiphenylphosphine is an organic phosphorus compound with the formula (C6H5) 2PC1, abbreviated as Ph2PC1. A colorless oily liquid with a pungent odor, usually described as garlic-like, can be detected even in the ppb range. It introduces the Ph2P group into a useful reagent of the molecule, which includes many ligands. Like other halogenated phosphines, Ph2PC1 is reactive with many nucleophiles (such as water) and is even easily oxidized by air.
Chlorodiphenylphosphine is used together with other chlorophosphines to synthesize various phosphines. Typical way to use Grignard reagent
Phosphine produced by reaction with Ph2PCl is further developed and used as pesticides (such as EPN), plastic stabilizers (Sandostab P-EPQ), various halogen compound catalysts, flame retardants (cyclic phosphonocarboxylic acid anhydrides) and UV-curing coating systems (used For dental materials), Ph2PC1 has become an important intermediate in industry.
Chlorodiphenylphosphine Packaging and Shipping
Packing: 200KG/ drum
Delivery: 7-10 days after receipt the payment
Chlorodiphenylphosphine Storage
The packaging is complete and light weight; the warehouse should be ventilated, away from open flames, high temperature, and stored separately from oxidants and acids.
