Antioxidant 245 Usage
Antioxidant 245 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant that prevents thermal and oxygen degradation of materials during synthesis, processing, and final use. Antioxidant 245 is odorless, low volatility, has good color stability and extraction resistance.
The antioxidant has good compatibility with polymers and high heat and oxygen resistance. It is suitable for high impact polystyrene, ABS resin, AS resin, MBS resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyoxymethylene, polyamide, polyurethane, hydroxyl SBR and SBR latex.
It is also a chain terminator (0.02% ～ 0.05%) in PVC polymerization. In the field of polyurethane materials, it can be used in RIM, TPU, spandex, polyurethane adhesives, sealants and other products.
It can be used together with auxiliary stabilizers (such as thioester, phosphite, phosphonite, internal fat), light stabilizer and its functional stabilizer.
