What is 6-Thioguanine?
6-thioguanine can be used to prepare a metal-drug coordination nanomedicine based on 6-thioguanine. The nanomedicine uses the small molecule chemotherapy drug 6-thioguanine as a ligand, and the metal ion as a connection anchor. The coordination driving effect realizes the assembly of nano drugs. The present invention achieves efficient drug delivery, which greatly improves the problems of poor water solubility, low effective utilization, easy removal by the body, and high toxic and side effects of general chemotherapy drugs.
6-Thioguanine Typical Usage
It can make the white blood cells appear obvious transient hyperplasia. Clinically, it is used for the treatment of leukopenia and nonspecific thrombocytopenia caused by various radioactivity or drugs. It is also used for acute and chronic hepatitis. Adverse reactions were dizziness, palpitation, vomiting, chest tightness and nausea.
Dirty cancer drugs. It can alleviate acute leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia. Large dosage is effective for choriocarcinoma.
Protein kinase activator. As a derivative of adenosine cyclophosphate, it has the same function and use as adenosine cyclophosphate. It can also be used for myocarditis, cardiogenic shock and post-operative subomental hemorrhage. When the dosage is large, there are drowsiness, dizziness, blindness, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and so on.
For the prevention and treatment of coronary atherosclerosis and hepatitis. It is also used in the treatment of leukopenia, primary thrombocytopenic purpura, acute anuria, nephrotic syndrome and uremia caused by chronic renal insufficiency.
