1,6-HEXANEDIAMINE Usage
Most used in the synthesis of nylon resin 66 and 610, are used to synthesize polyurethane resin, ion exchange resin and the hexyl diisocyanate, and used for urea-formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin curing agent, such as organic crosslinker, etc, also used as the stabilizer of textile and paper industry, bleach, inhibition of aluminum alloy etchant and neoprene emulsifier, etc. Has diamine with hydrochloric acid under 28 ℃ to get 1, 6 – has two amine hydrochloride salt, can be used to produce disinfectant chlorhexidine acetate. It also has some applications in the production of adhesives, aviation coatings and rubber vulcanization accelerators.
At the same time, it can be used for polymerization of organic synthesis and macromolecule compound, mainly used in producing polyamide, such as nylon 66, nylon 610, etc. Also used to synthesize diisocyanate; It is also used as curing agent and organic crosslinking agent for urea formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin and so on.
