1, xylene oxidation catalyst, used in the production of paint desiccant, printing and dyeing mordant, glass fiber reinforced plastic curing accelerator and invisible ink, etc.

2, used as a catalyst for ester exchange reaction, the amount in the production of polyester resin is about 0.01% to 0.05%. This product is mainly used as a catalyst for organic synthesis oxidation (such as a catalyst for the oxidation of terephthalic acid, the basic raw material for the production of polyester resin from paraxylene).

3,It is used in the dyeing and sealing treatment of oxide film, and in the sealing solution of aluminum and alloy anodizing, appropriate cobalt salt can also be added to improve its sealing performance. It can also be used as an additive in galvanizing and cobalt salt addition in electroplating cobalt alloy, chemical cobalt plating, and alloy.
