Manufactured from nicotinamide. (1) from 3-bromopyridine, reacted with concentrated ammonia under heating in the presence of copper sulfate; (2) from 3-nitropyridine, hydrolyzed under mild conditions to produce nicotinamide, using the Hofman (Hofman) degradation reaction; (3) from formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and ammonia to produce 3-methylpyridine, then cyanidated in the presence of ammonia to produce 3-nitropyridine, hydrolyzed to produce nicotinamide, which is obtained by degradation.
