What is base catalyst?

- 1. Sewage flocculant settling agent:
- A. The sieve rate of composite soda lime for sewage treatment is 125 mesh≥ 90%.
- B. As a strong alkaline agent, it condenses and neutralizes acidic wastewater or heavy metal wastewater, so that acidic wastewater becomes neutral.
- C. It can play a coagulation role in colloidal particles in wastewater, and as a particle core weight gainer, speed up the separation of insoluble matter.
- D, can remove phosphate, sulfate and fluorine ions and other anions.
- E. It can destroy the binding of complexing agents such as sulfamates or chelating agents to some metal ions.
- F. By adjusting the PH value, the emulsion wastewater has the effect of destabilizing and demulsifying.
- 2. Boiler flue gas desulfurization agent:
- A. Absorb soo2 in the boiler flue gas, so that the sulfur content of the exhaust flue gas meets the environmental protection standards.
- B. It can remove anions such as phosphate, sulfate and fluoride ions.
- C. It can destroy the binding of complexing agents such as sulfamates or chelating agents to some metal ions.
- 3. Other uses: stone cutter, soil stabilizer, concrete tempering agent, chemical reagent, gypsum board caulking coagulant, building adhesive ingredients, calcium alkyl sulfonate, pharmaceutical antacid inhibitor, astringent, hard water softener, plastic fiber, etc.
- 4. Used in various acidic water treatment neutralizers.
- 5. Used in acidic water neutralizer of tailings in metal mines.
- 6. Used in acidic water and agents in electronics and electroplating plants.
- 7. Used in acidic water and agent of textile printing and dyeing paper.
- 8. Used in alumina plant to replace sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) instead of alkali (sodium carbonate)
- 9. Used in chemical alkali enterprises.
- 10. Used for acidic water treatment of industrial wastewater.
- 11. Used for water treatment of sewage treatment plants.
